19th-century Provençal bastide with pool & air conditioning

Ideal for families, this authentic Bastide Provençale made of stones full of charm was built in 1840. It will give you great moments thanks to its swimming pool, bocce court and shaded rest area. The house is more than 250m2 on 1300m2 of land and can accommodate up to 11 people and 3 cars. The pool is equipped with an alarm and 4 out of 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned. Groups of friends without children are unfortunately no longer accepted.

Our 300 m² Provençal bastide was completely renovated and expanded in 2023. It is located at the foot of the Garlaban, a 10-minute walk from the charming village of Lacours in a quiet and natural environment. Cassis, La Ciotat and central Marseille are a 25-minute drive away, Aix-en-Provence is a 35-minute drive away. The 1800 m² plot includes a swimming pool and allows parking for many vehicles (6 or more).
