Wonderful newly renovated house with a unique and special layout. It has two terraces overlooking the Alcazaba from which you can enjoy breakfast, dinner or just a pleasant time reading or chatting. The house has a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, a bedroom with an interior patio on the middle floor, a bathroom and bedroom with a terrace on the first floor, and a solarium with incredible views of the entire Alcazaba on the top floor. Beautiful, fully equipped and comfortable.

A very charming apartment!

Ground floor apartment with an 80m2 open living room, comfortable, simple, and beautiful. It has a 1.40x2.00 double bed, 2X 0.90x2.00 and a comfortable double sofa bed. It can comfortably accommodate 5-6 people. Parking will never be a problem and it's free. Just 15 minutes from the beach! It is perfect for enjoying the province of Almería, having all the amenities within walking distance, tapas in bars, strolling or having a nightcap. Welcome! You will feel right at home.

Ideally located on the beachfront with a great private terrace (100 sq m). Enjoy a great sandy beach over 2 Km long, right outside the apartment. The neighborhood has all the services you need (shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy) and a large free public parking (El Palmeral). The round and blue house

Get away from routine at this unique and relaxing stay. Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or to enjoy as a family. Villa de Vicar is very quiet village surrounded by mountains in the heart of nature.
