Wonderful newly renovated house with a unique and special layout. It has two terraces overlooking the Alcazaba from which you can enjoy breakfast, dinner or just a pleasant time reading or chatting. The house has a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, a bedroom with an interior patio on the middle floor, a bathroom and bedroom with a terrace on the first floor, and a solarium with incredible views of the entire Alcazaba on the top floor. Each apartment has its own entrance door and private terrace. The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.
