This spacious space, with its beautiful exposed beams, offers two large bedrooms equipped with walk-in closets, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, and a large living room-kitchen area that is perfectly equipped. Close to the train station, free transport and a shopping center, our accommodation combines comfort and convenience for a memorable stay.

Small house in independent duplex, comfortable, located in the city center, on a one-way street in a residential area. Close to major roads (Douai and Lens 12 minutes away, Lille and Arras 25 minutes away). You can park for free close by. An electric terminal is 50 m away. Accommodation Ideal for taking contests at Gayant expo. Mezzanine with a choice of 160 bed or two beds. The third bed is to be booked extra with mattress and linen of course provided.

We welcome you to our 2 guest rooms, located in a real green setting, near the Phalempin forest. Easy access to large cities while being quiet. The accommodation has a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor, a terrace overlooking the garden, a bedroom with bathroom upstairs. The building is independent. Breakfast is served on site.
