The farm has a secluded location and is accessible via an avenue. On the site, the field stone walls of an old stable have been preserved as a picturesque ruin. 2 swimming lakes are within walking distance. The house stands alone in a sea of fields, swept by the wind, in a large perennial garden. With many fellow artists and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 90s was rebuilt and renovated, and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created – and is still being created – which can accommodate 10 people in the guest area and 8 people in the mainly privately used studio area.

The ideal place for your time out is in a small village on one of the largest nature reserves in Germany. Three sides with unobstructed views and a large orchard let you forget the stress of everyday life. It is not uncommon to watch deer or cranes in their activities. Built in 1912, the brick house is stylishly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. The lake in the village is within walking distance and by car it is only 30 minutes to the beach in Ueckermünde.

In the former bakery of the 170-person village of Nieden, we have created a newly renovated apartment. It has a separate entrance from the street side. We live with our 3 children in the same building, right next door. The place is very quiet and of course in the middle of nature. You can stroll through meadows and fields and have the Uecker right outside the door. Furthermore, the Berlin-Usedom bicycle route runs directly through our village.
