Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat.
