Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. Here you can really experience the peace and quiet that characterizes the area – and when darkness falls, you will be captivated by a starry sky that is hard to find elsewhere.

The house is located on the church square - the bells do not ring at night, there are no street lights, but stars, birdsong and views of both sunrise and sunset. The apartment has everything you need. So use and replace. It is a non-smoking place and everything is cleaned without perfume or anything else. There is a good playground at our school

3 km south of Køge city center, this lovely annex is located in a quiet and rural setting. The annex is independent, with its own driveway, parking spaces, and a small courtyard. The annex contains 2 spacious bedrooms, as well as a living room, bathroom and kitchen. It is 400 meters to Køge Golf Club, 2.5 km to the station and about half an hour's transport to Copenhagen by car or by train. Baby cot(s) can be provided for an additional fee of DKK 125.
