Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

This newly-built cottage/house is located about 8 km outside Övik. You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Self-catering applies, and the guest cleans up after themselves. If you do not bring your own bed linens/towels, they can be rented on site: bed linens + towels; SEK 150 (€15 or $15) per person for the entire stay. No smoking, pets, or loud parties.
