The apartment holds a livingroom with sitting/eating area, bedroom, toilet, kitchen w. gas stove, a raw but cozy bathroom in unfinished basement with bathtub & over tub shower (no sink). Perfect for two, but the possibility for a 3rd guest in the living room. (note that the bathroom is shared between 4 units, but in my 10+ years here, I've experienced less than 5 times waiting). 10 min walk from Nørrebro st. It's a on the groundfloor, this setting is currently unavailable (says 1.fl instead).

Bed linens with bedding, towels, and cleaning are included in the price. 500 meters to grocery stores. The apartment is my private home, which is only rented out occasionally.
