Heat and water come from state-of-the-art renewable sources. The house is directly connected to the magnificent nature park Soonwald-Nahe and the many well-signposted hiking trails.

Euch erwartet ein gemütliches, ca. 25 qm großes Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer. Im Garten steht euch eine kleine Küche zur Verfügung. Mosel 15 km , Hängeseilbrücke Geierlay 20 km. Our vacation home is located in a wildly romantic side valley between Hunsrück and Moselle and is only 9 km away from the well-known wine town of Zell Moselle. In Altlay, about 1.5 km away, there is a restaurant. Our vacation home is surrounded by forest and meadows. The Altlayer Bach flows right by the house. The picturesque, 200-year-old quarry stone building was renovated in 2022 and has a new bathroom, kitchen, underfloor heating and an open fireplace.

Ideally located for hiking and cycling. Geierlay suspension rope bridge is only 7 km away. Moselle is about 15 km away. In the village, there is a restaurant, a kebab snack bar and shopping. A gas station, banks, doctors, as well as a pharmacy are also on site.
