Holz und natürliche Materialien geben der Wohnung einen besonderen Charme.Die Ferienwohnung Schwalbennestverfügt auf 65 m² im ersten Stock des sanierten Seitengebäudes der Buschmühle über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbet (einzeln möglich), ein Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbetten (zusammen möglich) und einen Wohnbereich mit integrierter Küche und einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche/WC. Die Küche ist mit einem Ceranfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet.Für unsere Gäste steht ein WLAN kostenfrei zur Verfügung. The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

A soapstone oven for the winter and a small terrace in summer will bring you into the well-deserved feel-good mode. There is room for 3 people.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
