Charming apartment with breathtaking sea views. The property includes a spacious kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds that can also be used as a living room, and a terrace equipped with a table and loungers: perfect for relaxing with a stunning sea view! Spacious wardrobe closet in each room, fiber optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a large private parking area and a private shortcut that connects directly to the town (just a 5/10 minute walk away).

A beautiful breathtaking sea view of the cove and the islands of Giglio and Giannutri, will welcome you upon your arrival on a terrace equipped with table and chairs, sofa with armchairs and outdoor chairs to spend your convivial and relaxing moments. In the evening, on the terrace under the stars, it is a unique moment to enjoy the sea and the beautiful sky of the Argentario. Ideal for a couple with one or two children.

La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.
