The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. I am offering my 72 m2 business apartment in the city center of La Roche-sur-Yon. It is not a 5-star hotel but accommodation with all the comforts to spend a pleasant stay in Vendée. It is just above my shop on the 1st floor in a small building with elevator. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels will be at your disposal. I don't charge a cleaning fee and trust everyone to leave it clean.
