The lodge is located in a small quiet cul de sac with parking right outside in your own space. Situated in the middle of the Cotswolds water park everything in the water park is close by. It also benefits from being situated in the Hoburne Cotswolds complex with all its facilities. See Hoburne's website for details on pools, bars, Gym, Sauna, boating lake and shows etc. Fishing lakes are available on site and many others close by within the water park. Cycling and walking in the area is great.

This garden lodge is in the garden of a family home, with flexible accommodation for solo adventurers, solo business travelers and visiting students and academics all 25 years of age and over. With a good level of English and must be contactable by Watsapp please. Nearby are bus links to London & Airports, Colleges, Botanical Gardens, lovely restaurants & cafes and parks. This studio is almost in the centre of Oxford and we think you will get the full flavour of all sides of Oxford life.

Light and Airey studio above double garage within main house grounds over looking fields to rear with residents ponies, stair access to side (not suitable for those guests with mobility difficulty). We own a pretty wooden cabin/chalet in the grounds of our equestrian property. We are in the heart of the New Forest. Only a five minute walk over the 'cattlegrids' on to the open Forest where horses, sheep and pigs roam freely and only a 5 minute drive to Peppa Pig World. it is extremely peaceful and relaxing for those that want to get away from it all.
