The lodge is located in a small quiet cul de sac with parking right outside in your own space. Situated in the middle of the Cotswolds water park everything in the water park is close by. It also benefits from being situated in the Hoburne Cotswolds complex with all its facilities. Cycling and walking in the area is great.

The Melans

This gorgeous small chalet style house was built as a starter home for my sister who is now married with 2 children. It is very unusual as it has a mezzanine floor with a cosy lounge area overlooking the main kitchen diner. It has 1 bedroom with 2 massive wadrobes. A new bathroom with excellent shower and a lounge / 2nd bedroom up some steep stairs on the mezzanine floor. We can configue the beds how you like (as 4 singles, 1 double & 2 singles or 2 doubles). Refurbished in a modern style.

A cozy sleeping area is offered with a spacious bed dressed in soft linens. A marble-topped table with a black chair is positioned nearby. A wall-mounted television provides entertainment, while warm bedside lamps add gentle lighting. A large mirror reflects the serene atmosphere.

This garden lodge is in the garden of a family home, with flexible accommodation for solo adventurers, solo business travelers and visiting students and academics all 25 years of age and over. With a good level of English and must be contactable by Watsapp please. Nearby are bus links to London & Airports, Colleges, Botanical Gardens, lovely restaurants & cafes and parks. This studio is almost in the centre of Oxford and we think you will get the full flavour of all sides of Oxford life.

A spacious living area features a vaulted ceiling and is illuminated by recessed lighting. Comfortable sofas are arranged near a coffee table, with a television set displayed on a wooden shelf. Large glass doors open to a private outdoor space, enhancing natural light.

It has a strong environmental theme throughout the building being highly insulated, built using natural materials and equipped with solar panels, heat recovery ventilation & upcycled furniture. Across the drive, there’s an 8 acre fenced field great for dog owners to exercise their dog.

The Chalet is in Cotswold Hoburn Holiday Park which is in the Cotswold Water Park. Ideally situated for exploring the Cotswolds. The chalet is in a quiet area overlooking the lake only a 5 minute walk to the entertainment. Entertainment passes are available to use swimming pools and entertainment for £66 (2025) and cover everyone in chalet. It is preferred that guests bring their own bedding and towels.
