It's isn't anything eye catching inside, although it has an updated kitchen and a bright red smeg fridge! - but then you look out the window and see the view!! Such a peaceful location, and there is also a fire pit outside and lots of seating. One bedroom with a queen bed and the option of a trundle. "Elddaw". A two bedroom workman's cottage built in 1970 backing onto the water. Shoal Bay just 20 meters from the door and Greens Beach just 10 minutes walk away along National Park Coastal track or along sealed road. One double bed in each room, two bathrooms laundry, kitchen with dishwasher, living room with TV, DVD, Wifi. Electric oil heaters in each room.. Tank water. Plenty of yard space and car parks.

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand). Note we have two newer cabins of same design listed under "Tam O Shanter Bayside Cabins (3)"
