Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Melsmere Lodge is a 2 bedroomed thatched cottage on the side of a private 1.5 acre lake and is surrounded by woodland and open countryside. The lake and woodland attract hundreds of species of birds and mammals. The lake itself is stocked with coarse fish. A little oasis of nature with easy links to local cities. Explore the wider Wirral area on the network of public footpaths or take a short train ride to the cities of Liverpool or Chester.

With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. The accommodation is best suited to one or two guests, however, the use of a sofa bed is available for guests not wanting to share or for larger parties for a short stay. Set in the vale of Clwyd in Denbighshire we are located relatively high up so you can enjoy the far reaching views all the way to Snowdonia. The hut is very private and suited to couples and folk who hope to relax and unwind surrounded by nature and animals. The outside bathtub is just stunning at night. We are located just 4 miles from Llandegla forest, 7 miles from Ruthin.
