The large apartment comprises the whole of the first floor of the property. It is located in a quiet street, and has dedicated parking on the front drive. It is perfectly situated - only a short walk to the North Shore promenade and beach, shops, restaurants, bars and railway station. It's a 15 minute walk to Venue Cwmru. The tram and cable car to the top of the Great Orme are nearby, as is the beautiful West Shore- perfect for a peaceful walk along the Conwy estuary or a day on the beach.

Also within a few mins walking are the many bars, cafes, restaurants and bistros that West Kirby has to offer. The 2 double bed 1st floor apt is well appointed and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped and the separate lounge is a perfect place to relax. Guests can request later checkout and where possible we will accommodate.

My place is a beautiful ground floor apartment with sea views. The apartment comes with two off road car parking spaces and is located just a few minutes drive from the award winning Colwyn Bay sea front. Close to the A55, it has two bedrooms, the master having an ensuite. Both bedrooms are doubles. There is a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. Check in has now been upgraded and no check out tasks.

This newly refurbished, modern and spacious 2 bedroom apartment can accomodate 4 guests, it comes fully furnished with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with doors leading outside on to a small patio. The kitchen has everything you need, including all white goods. There is a dining table which seats 4, the living area has 2 large leather sofas a TV and electric fire. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. There is a seperate bathroom.

The accommodation is best suited to one or two guests, however, the use of a sofa bed is available for guests not wanting to share or for larger parties for a short stay. Welcome to our newly referbished, cosy, self contained apartment. With enclosed private garden and pet friendly. Disabled access and facilities including single mobility bed.. We are situated just off the A55 in an ideal location. 5 min drive to beaches, hill walking, conwy castle etc. The village itself has a train station, supermarkets, pubs/ resturants and take aways. The near by seaside town of Llandudno is voted the second best beach in Britain and has great shopping.
