I inherited Godli from an old aunt about 25 years ago. The house is built around 1950 by a local carpenter who has also made many of the furniture. We have tried to keep the slightly retro atmosphere in the house. At the same time, we are constantly making new upgrades. The electrical installation on the 2nd floor has just been replaced. We use the house ourselves as a holiday home. The house is open and peaceful to the sea. There are nice places to swim just nearby, nice hiking terrain and a little half an hour to drive to Risør and Kragerø

Fishing spots, kayaking and swimming spots only 7 mins walk. Note - This cabin is also up for sale. Renting out till someone buys it :)

Da det er vår private lader, så kan vi ikke garantere at den er ledig, med mindre det er spurt og godkjent på forhånd. Type 2 ladekabel og det lades med 3-fas. Fastpris på 200,- per lading. Mulighet til å kjøpe egg fra gårdens høner.
