This is a great apartment (about 60 sqm) in the middle of Risør city center. Small cozy house from the 1860s. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Quiet and peaceful without street noise or noise from neighbors. Two bedrooms (you go through one bedroom to get to the next bedroom). A total of two small double beds. And a big sofa bed. The apartment does not have its own private patio. However, there are several cafes and "all the city's amenities" right outside the front door. Café tables on the sidewalk can be used freely. Recently refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom.

The cabin has a shed with an outdoor toilet, shower, sink and cold and hot water. Large patio with covered outdoor kitchen. Great sun conditions. Experience complete relaxation without time impact and traffic noise.

Here you live centrally with a short distance to everything: ​Risør town centre: approx. 10 minutes' walk. ​Swimming areas and hiking areas: approx. 10-15 minutes' walk. ​Beds: 3 regular beds with the option of one extra sleeping space on the sofa. ​ Facilities: The apartment has its own toilet inside. There is no indoor shower in the apartment, but a private outdoor shower with hot water is available. Parking included. ​ Important info: Remember to bring your own bed linen.

Cottage for rent, 1.5 km from E18 at Sørlandsporten in Risør municipality. It is 15 min to Risør city center and to Tvedestrand. 10 km to Brokelandsheia with, among other things, the small zoo and Euro -spar. Two km to the village Søndeled with Kiwibutikk (open on Sundays in summer) and swimming facilities. Nice marked hiking trails nearby. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away. The accommodation is preferably rented to families or working people who need accommodation. Newly restored house Fiber with good capacity

Boathouse by the lake

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is located right on the waterfront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boathouse is best suited for 2 people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Fully furnished with modern kitchen and bathroom, bedroom with 2 beds/double bed and sofa bed (140 cm wide) in the living room. You have to pass the bedroom to go into the bathroom. Central location with short walking distance to the city's shops and restaurants, and with nice hiking terrain, small beach and playground just meters away. Patio with garden furniture and parking.

Small farm in scenic surroundings, where the animals can roam almost freely. Pick eggs for breakfast, pet the miniature pig. Wake up to the rooster crowing. With the canoe, you can paddle for several kilometers. There's a gas grill there too. An eldorado for animal lovers and those who enjoy the outdoors. Forest, water and mountains. Taxi boat to Lyngør and more. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores and a free outdoor water park. 4 min to a convenience store.

Skarvann Camp - Gapahuk

Idyllic small cottage near the waterfront. Simple standard with double bed with foam mattress. There is no door on this unit, only a "awning" to close with. Outside area with fire pan, table and bench. The cabin has windows in the roof so that you can lie and watch the starry sky. Here you wake up to a fantastic view of the sunrise over Skarvann. Firewood is not included with the fire pan, it is possible to buy it here if you want.
