Great studio apartment. Right in the center of Risør

This is a great apartment (about 60 sqm) in the middle of Risør city centre. Small cozy house from the 1860 's. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Peaceful and quiet with no street noise or noise from neighbors. Two bedrooms (one walk through a bedroom to get to the next bedroom). In total two single beds and a small double bed. The apartment does not have a balcony or its own private patio. However, there are several cafes and "all city amenities" right outside the front door. Recently renovated with new kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is located on a beautiful, west facing and sunny fjord property, with access to its own jetty. To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride in 7 min. - here you can park your car in your own parking lot and leave it during your stay. The apartment contains living room w dining area and lounge w TV. - A small kitchen, richly equipped. Bedroom with 4 bunks, duvets / pillows / bedsheets and covers. Bathroom with shower and laundry machine. Heat in all floors. Internet.

Treroms leilighet på Frydendal gård, kun én kilometer fra Risør sentrum. Leiligheten består av stue, kjøkken, bad og to soverom (enkeltseng + dobbeltseng). Sovesofaen i stuen har 120 cm madrassbredde. Utenfor leiligheten er det hagemøbler og grill. I umiddelbar nærhet ligger bl.a. matbutikk, apotek og bensinstasjon. Man kan ta med eget sengetøy og håndklær, eller leie på stedet for 100,- pr. person. I første etasje er det to utleieleiligheter, mens vertskapet bor i andre etasje.

In addition, two mattresses for flooring for children. The apartment has a high standard and has its own terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Plus, there is access to own dock. The main house is occupied by homeowner.

Brand new apartment of high standard with stunning views of the entrance to Risør. Located close to the center and sea, as well as very short way to great hiking and training terrain in Urheia.
