It features 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a covered outdoor veranda with tables and a barbecue, a private garden, access to the shared pool area, and private parking with a secondary entrance.

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Great place in the middle of Tuscan Hills, you will be sorrounded by nature but close to all the beautiful cities of Tuscany! We rent two apartments, one on the upper floor called Balla and one on the ground floor called Modigliani. Tell us which one you prefer. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED A CAR DURING YOUR STAY.
