We welcome you in a charming chalet of 39m2 with a terrace of 40m2 located in a lush park bordered by the river "La petite Leyre". You are in the heart of the village of Sore. Located in a large wooded and flowery park, bordered by the Landes forest, the cottage can accommodate 4 people in a pleasant and relaxing setting. You can walk to the shops of Rion des Landes (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, newsstand...) Come and enjoy Lake Arjuzanx, its nature reserve and leisure base (7km away), the ocean (45 mins away) and the many paths for walking and mountain biking. In a small new house paired on one side with our residence (independent access and enclosed garden) you will enjoy a bedroom with a 160 bed and an equipped kitchen overlooking a large wooden terrace, a garden and a covered shelter extend to the outside. In the living room a sofa bed allows sleeping for 1 or 2 people.
