Beautiful Tavira Apartment with magnificent views

Een zeer geschikte omgeving voor natuurliefhebbers, wandelaars en golfers. The apartment is located in the historical centre of Tavira. Tavira, located 40km from the Spanish boarder is considered to be one of the most beautiful traditional villages in the Eastern part of the Algarve. The surroundings offer a lot to explore for hikers, golfers and nature lovers.

It's 15-20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car. In summer you can park near the beach for 1€/24 hours. Our top floor (2nd floor) Frontline Apartment is in a prime waterfront location in the unspoilt fishing village of Santa Luzia. Our spacious non-overlooked private terrace with built in BBQ commands stunning uninterrupted views by day and amazing sunsets by night superbly positioned by the waters edge of the Ria Formosa. For your comfort there are Air-Conditioning units in the bedroom with 'King Size' bed and lounge for cooling in the summer and heating for the winter evenings.

Close to the house you can enjoy all the services and commerce necessary for a comfortable stay without the need to move by car. Quinta da Pedragua, surrounded by a small orchard, features an outdoor swimming pool, is located 15 km from Tavira and 13 km from Vila Real de Santo António. All Quinta accommodations feature an intimate atmosphere and a furnished porch with all amenities inside. Quinta da Ria is a 10-minute drive away and Altura sandy beach is 1.5 km away. The traditional village of Cacela Velha, known for its seafood restaurants and pristine beaches, is a 10-minute drive away.

This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.
