All the decoration has been carefully studied to make it a truly privileged place, where I have included part of my travels, as paintings brought from Bali, tapestries and fabrics from Cambodia have been hung, and all this mixed with furniture and objects that I have been acquiring for years from different places and sites, giving rise to a very special mix, in a unique atmosphere and that gives an exclusive magnetism to the place. Specifically, it is an apartment, located in the town of Marbella, in the exclusive area called Golden Mile, close to accommodations as exclusive as the Puente Romano Hotel and the Marbella Club Hotel. The one-bedroom apartment has room for four people, a master bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is designed for a couple or a couple with one or two children who want to enjoy a quiet stay in a residential and exclusive area, close to all the areas of interest in the town of Marbella. It has a 44 square meter terrace overlooking Marbella's iconic and emblematic mountain "La Concha". The apartment is within a residential complex, with few houses with a video surveillance system and common garden areas and a swimming pool of considerable size, depending on the total number of neighbors. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Waking up in the morning and watch the sea from the bed and hear the waves break on the shore. Its wonderful window is the heart of this studio. It invites you to look and get lost in that sea, in that horizon that opens to your view. Breathtaking sunsets that you can enjoy by dining comfortably.

La Casita del Sur

A very special house, due to its location, design and decoration. Located in the town of Las Negras, a 10-minute walk from the town and the beach. It borders the natural park in a totally quiet enclave where you can enjoy wonderful starry skies. The pool and outdoor seating area are totally private and face the Natural Park. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a movie projector, sports equipment, an outdoor kitchen, 2 fireplaces, etc.
