Apartament in "La Campana" city centre of Seville Esta ubicado en pleno centro de Sevilla, al lado de La Campana, la calle Sierpes y la Plaza del Duque. El apartamento está ubicado en la parte interna del edificio, por lo que es muy silencioso. Ventaja de estar en pleno centro sin el inconveniente del ruido. Aunque está en la parte interna del edificio, el apartamento es muy luminoso ya que las ventanas del salon y del dormitorio dan a la terraza y ésta a su vez al patio de luz del edificio.

El apartamento está completamente reformado, dispone de un salón/comedor muy amplio y acogedor, un dormitorio con una cama muy cómoda de 1.60 X 2.00 y cuarto de baño. Climatizado frio/calor y situado en una ubicación inmejorable; 5 minutos andando desde Plaza de Armas (central bus stop), a 7 minutos andando del centro neurálgico de Sevilla (Plaza del Duque) y enfrente del rio Guadalquivir y la Cartuja de Sevilla.

It is a very spacious and comfortable apartment in the old and historic part of Seville and you can walk to the entire monumental, commercial, hotel and nightlife area of the city. It is a magnificent 80 square meter house located in an 18th century palace house that was rehabilitated 10 years ago to convert it into 6 houses.

We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.
