On a 1000 sqm sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birch trees, pines and oaks, lies our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit in the conservatory with a coffee – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly tranquility in a natural environment.

Our completely refurbished bakery is located in one of the quietest places in the Netherlands. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, sunbeds and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

My vacation home is located in the county of Bentheim between canal, meadows and forest on the edge of a small village in the immediate vicinity of the Dutch border. The Lower County is known for well-developed bike paths: Along canals, rivers, moorlands and small villages, our border region can best be discovered by bike. Views of meadows bordering Germany. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails in the area. Near "Het Bargerveen," a beautiful nature reserve of about 2100 hectares. Emmen (Wildlands) and the fortified town of Coevorden can be reached within half an hour.

In our guest house furnished with a lot of love, we warmly welcome our guests. The guest house has 2 single beds, which are located on an gallery. ( The beds can also be pushed together). There is room for more guests on a sofa bed. Located directly on the Vechte, in a quiet location with many hiking and biking trails, you will find our nice guest house. Between Vechte and the Alte-Picardie Canal lies Emlichheim on the Dutch border. Many bike paths and hiking trails make this region a popular recreation area. Simply feel good and relax.
