Cozy detached guest house located on Helnæs, a small peninsula on Southwest Funen near Assens. The guest house is 300 meters from Helnæs Bay with forest and beach. Perfect place for hiking on Helnæs Made. Fishing and bird watching, lovely beach for swimming in the Little Belt. If you are into kite surfing, paragliding or paddleboarding, it is also an option. You can also bring the kayak. Enjoy nature with a fantastic sunrise or sunset, tranquility, silence and "Dark Sky". 12 km to shopping, Spar, Ebberup.

The small, charming log cabin is surrounded by the farm's apple orchard, a lake with ducks and fish, several terraces and an exciting garden full of little nooks. Fristed på 96 m2. I haven er der en lille hyggelig bålplads og shelter med 2-3 sovepladser. Vi ligger tæt ved skov og strandeng, 300 m fra dejlig badestrand, 1 km fra Falsled Havn, Falsled Kro og en ret udemærket havnegrill: "Vandkanten". Vi er placeret lige på kanten af Svanninge Bakker, og området er meget velegnet til friluftsaktiviteter som vandring, løb, fiskeri og cykling. Øhavsstien, som er en 220 km. lang vandrerute rundt om hele det sydfynske Øhav starter ved Falsled Havn.

Sunny apartment in an charming old house situated in a protected area-2 km from castle, town, beach and forest. The house lies on a smal road with some traffic. The front garden, leading to the inlet, is across this smal road. Here you find your own private part of the garden with table and chairs and a view of the inlet. You also have table and chairs close by the house. In the new kitchen the guests make their own breakfast. The place can be booked longer term at a lower price.

My guesthouse is located in a quiet scenical area with lakes and good hikingroutes around. The house consist of a one main room, a bathroom and an open loft. In the main room you will find a full equipped kitchen, dining area,TV lounge and one queensize bed. You will have your own entrance, terrace with grill and parking area. 500 meters to lakes for both swimming and fishing. Closes village Årslev-Sdr.Nærå, where you can find supermarkets and bakery, is 5 min by car. Checkout 11pm.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
