2 lovely rooms in old town house

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Spacious, cozy garden apartment with fantastic views of the Salzburg Untersberg. The bright, friendly apartment is on the first floor with a Mediterranean terrace that immediately awakens vacation feelings. In the beautiful, large garden, a stream flows directly past the property, which invites you to cool off. In the bedroom is a large double bed. 1 sofa bed is located in the living room if more than 2 guests are staying. The bathroom has a rain shower. The kitchen is new and fully equipped.

The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. Our inviting apartment in our new building 2023 in Puch, 20 minutes from Salzburg's old town, offers the perfect retreat with an extra dose of nature. Puch bei Hallein is the ideal starting point for a trip to the city of Salzburg, the Salzburg Lake District and the mountains in the Salzburg countryside for hiking and in winter for skiing. Behind the house you can also start directly into the forest and the local mountains such as Almerberg, Mühlstein and Eberstein.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and yet centrally-located place. By train, bus or car in 15 minutes in the old town of Salzburg and in 5 minutes in Hallein. The almost 25 m² studio is located on the ground floor with a private entrance. With us you will stay very centrally but also in the countryside with many excursion destinations nearby and the Salzach bike path just a few meters away. The house is located 4 km from Hallein and only 7 km from the festival city of Salzburg and is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop ( 400 m ). Cozy garconniere on Dürrnberg with a view of the white/green. The apartment can accommodate 2 adults (possibly 1-2 children) & dogs are welcome! Perfectly located for hiking trips, a visit to the salt worlds, a fast descent with the summer toboggan run or a departure on the ski slope at the Zinkenlift in Bad Dürrnberg. Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
