Das ca. 28 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich die Schlaf- und Arbeitsebene mit einer Doppelbett Liegefläche von 180x200m. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Essbereich mit einer Kochnische und einem Sofa, was bei Bedarf zu einer Schlafcouch ausgeklappt werden kann. Direkt daneben befindet sich das kleine Duschbad. Ebenso steht Euch eine Wachmaschine zur Verfügung.

On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (approx. 80 m²), which surprises with original round arches and plenty of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can have a cultural, sporty and/or romantic vacation. But business travelers will also find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in a spacious ambience in the evening.

Nice little apartment in the Martinsviertel!

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

On about 45 square meters, it is time to arrive, sit back and relax. You will stay in the heart of Rheinhessen in beautiful Harxheim - a pretty vineyard village at the gates of Mainz. The apartment is part of our single-family home, has a separate entrance and a private parking space right by the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

At the same time, our vacation rental is perfect for activities in the area: cycling, swimming in the beautiful surrounding and walkable lakes, paddling with the SUP, golfing, vineyard hikes, etc. A sauna can be booked and rounds off your day wonderfully with a glass of wine. We have further renovated our popular vacation home over the winter - the bathroom has been expanded with an additional large sink, a separate dining room and the living room have been comfortably refurnished. The bedrooms on the upper floor can be air-conditioned in summer. The beautiful conservatory and balcony invite you to linger. We do NOT rent to fitters.

22 minutes from the airport, the fully equipped apartment with private access (1 bedroom with a box spring double bed, 1 combined kitchen/living room, bathroom and wardrobe) is super central yet quiet in the popular district of Groß-Gerau. Public parking is available free of charge. The apartment, which is half in the basement, is south facing and therefore bright and friendly.

Beautifully converted apartment (former hayloft) over 2 floors with 104 m² in an old barn. The apartment can be reached completely separately via an external staircase. The living room has two large skylights, so the room is flooded with light. The beautiful garden and pool can be shared. The garden is behind the barn.

The room with integrated kitchenette and separate shower room/toilet has its own entrance and is accessible. It is located in a two-family home.
