This cottage is nestled in the back corner of our property, with ample privacy and a designated driveway. It is a perfect home away from home.

Our "Backhouse Retreat" is a cozy little studio with a whole lotta charm. We are located in the quiet, safe and centrally located Richmond Annex. A neighborhood offering easy access to all of what the Bay Area has to offer. Red Cedar lined walls, a full kitchen, memory foam bed, private outdoor patio, free WiiFi and a Smart TV are just a few of the perks. We are located less than a mile away and will give you your privacy, but will be available upon request!

The unit has 2 floors, with a bedroom and a bathroom on each level for comfort. 15min drive to Berkeley, 30min to SF and 40 min to wineries in Sonoma. Please note, this unit is the bottom of a duplex with private entrance and self checkin lock.

The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)

Don and Susan (your hosts) are working professionals who live on property. Private key code access to the front of the house. The provided washer and dryer are in the garage.
