Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Our half-timbered house, completely renovated in 2020, is part of a larger half-timbered ensemble. It combines historic flair with a modern ambiance. The overall high-quality facilities leave nothing to be desired. Our village of Geilhausen is scenically nestled on the upper Sieg and has its own train connection. The banks of the Sieg, the forests and heights of the Westerwald and the Bergisches Land invite you to hike and cycle via the Sieg and Westerwald nature trails.

Our Weiherhütte is located in Glan-Münchweilnahe, near Kusel, Ramstein and Kaiserslautern. Our municipality has a good infrastructure and convenient transport connections. In our area there are great leisure activities: including Lichtenberg Castle, Potzberg Animal Park, draisine track, great cycling and hiking trails. Lovingly renovated winegrower's house, built around 1680, with all modern comforts. The Moselle landscape invites you to wine tasting, fishing, canoeing, hiking, horseback riding and much more. Historic towns and castles are nearby. It is a great house for a stay with family and friends or for a vacation with several generations. Up to eight adults can easily share the house. Our vacation home is far from the noise and hustle, in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and directly on the Deutsches Weinstraße. On the ground floor is a living and dining area with a small well-equipped kitchen as well as a shower room. The first floor has 2 separate bedrooms up to 4 people, each with two beds. The house has a terrace with direct access to the garden.
