We're 1 kilometre away from our neighbour, and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometres away. This isn't a luxury hostel, but if you're looking for total peace and quiet and a hiking paradise in the heart of stunning natural beauty, you've come to the right place! Former slate mine with gorgeous river view

Experience a breathtaking panorama of the Rhine above the rooftops of the town. The apartment is designed for two to six guests. This sunlit former mine nestles against the rock like a swallow’s nest, directly below Burg Gutenfels and along the Rheinsteig trail - far from train and traffic noise. Enjoy the shaded terrace beneath the vine arbor and the herb garden. From your secluded sun meadow, you overlook the Rhine, passing ships, and the historic Pfalzgrafenstein castle.

High above the largest rock of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Upper Middle Rhine Valley" hovers the legend of the Loreley with all its myths. A spectacular view of the three medieval castles of Katz, Maus and Rheinfels and the Loreleyfelsen makes the hearts beat faster. The Rheinsteig, one of the most popular hiking trails in Europe, leads directly past the house with its most picturesque stage. Excellent wines from the steep, sunny slopes make this region a pleasure.

Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.

In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Modern design meets history. The listed house stands, surrounded by vineyards, in the Steeg district directly below Stahleck Castle.
