Treat yourself to a visit to our half-timbered house Anno 1690, renovated in 2019, in the very quiet old town of Stromberg, right by the Schlossbrunnen fountain below the 3 castles. The kitchen on the 2nd floor is excitingly located in the former battlement of the city wall. The medieval building still has the typical steep oak stairs and the ceiling height is outside the norm. Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. Thanks to the high-quality amenities and some extras such as infrared cabin, wood-burning stove, sauna with outdoor shower, large terrace overlooking the forest and much more, our vacation home is the ideal place for rest and relaxation.
