House of 140m2 on the ground floor, close to Nantes, accessible by tram and 35 minutes from the 1st beaches. Quiet in a cul-de-sac, it is ideal for a large family, with friends or colleagues. Beautifully decorated, bright and welcoming interior. Master suite with independent bathroom, 2 other bedrooms with 1 bathroom to share and an extra bed for 2 people in the sofa bed in the TV corner of the ground floor. Large living room and kitchen with glass roof bathed in light overlooking the terrace and a green garden.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet area. Close to the airport.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located on the ground floor, only one floor to the building. Very quiet and respectful neighborhood. 54 m2 apartment, easy parking. 1 bedroom, 140 double bed. Nice little outdoor area. Quiet, 30 minutes from the sea, 15 minutes from Nantes, 10 minutes from the airport. Close to public transport. A supermarket 1 km from the accommodation. Linens and towels provided. 25 euros more if you don't clean. Enjoy your stay. You won't be disappointed.

I'm happy to welcome you, in a very bright 21 m² accommodation, adjoining the house, independent access, comfortable bedding, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, table... Access to garden. Quiet neighborhood. Very well located, 10 min by car, 20 min by bus 38, from the airport, as well as 20 min from the city center by tram.
