Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

In the heart of the Upper Allgäu is our quietly located 1-room apartment on the outskirts of the beer village of Rettenberg. The apartment was newly built and completed in early 2024. Whether hiking, cycling, swimming or skiing - our apartment offers the optimal starting point for any outdoor activity. There are also numerous ways to spend a nice time outside in nature in the immediate surroundings. Just walk out the door and up the mountain!

Our house is located directly at the foot of Grünten in Wagneritz, about 2 km from Rettenberg and is characterized by its rural and quiet location. Our apartment is located in the attic, is 68 sqm in size, including a wardrobe and balcony, and can accommodate 2 people. The spacious south-facing window front and a west-facing balcony provide plenty of light and offer a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.

Whether you want to relax in peace or actively explore the Allgäu, you are in the right place. Our newly furnished apartment offers the right starting point for all activities. Martinszell (near Waltenhofen) is about 2 km from the beautiful Lake Niedersonthofen, which invites you to swim, walk or bike. Kempten and Immenstadt are about 15 minutes, to Oberstdorf about half an hour.

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!

The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022.  The spacious apartment is the ideal base camp for excursions in the Alpsee Grünten holiday region, in the Allgäu Lake Constance area, Tyrol and Bregenz Forest. Right in front of our house you can start a hike to the Grünten or go tobogganing in winter.
