The apartment - formerly part of a carpentry that was renovated into an apartment - impresses with its old-building charm, in combination with a stylish, high-quality furnishings.

Located between the cities of Cologne (45 km) and Düsseldorf (40 km), near Solingen and Wuppertal, the apartment is perfect if you are traveling professionally and prefer to live a little quieter.

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Wermelskirchen vacation home

Spacious light-flooded country apartment in Ellinghausen Wermelskirchen – surrounded by forest, horse paddocks and a small tree nursery. Enjoy the Japanese pond with carp and bonsai, cook in the open outdoor kitchen or relax by the fire. Hiking and riding trails start right outside the door, dogs are welcome. In the neighborhood: therapeutic riding for children and adults with disabilities. Schloss Burg, general attractions and shopping in 5–15 min.

The blue house is one of 6 other houses in a friendly, enclosed courtyard and just for you alone. A large meadow, fruit trees and a sunny bench in front of the house invite you to linger, listen to the birds or simply enjoy the day. The farmhouse is centrally located in the Bergisch city triangle, at the foot of the castle. A river flows leisurely past it and in front of the gate the hiking trail leads into the enchanting forests of the Wupperberge.

Experience living anew and in the green Wuppertal! Just a 10-minute walk to Unterbarmer train station, Tony Cragg's sculpture park or Cinemaxx. Shopping is also very close. Here in Velbert, in the beautifully situated Deilbachtal, we offer an approx. 60 sqm single holiday home for 2 people, directly by the forest. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom with a 180 x 200 box spring bed and is heated with underfloor heating. The living space consists of a living room with 2 sofas, TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.
