The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

This unique place has a style all its own. Enjoy the fantastic panoramic view over the city of Schiller and Heidecksburg Castle. The 80 sqm apartment has partly self-designed furniture, which was manufactured by the in-house company. You will stay in a sunny (southwest-facing) location, close to the center and yet close to the forest for beautiful hiking tours in the grove. One parking space is available right in front of the house. You can relax on the balcony.

The Kirschhütte is located in the middle of the Kirschberge between Engerda and Schmieden - to switch off from everyday life, to immerse yourself in nature, to find your way back to the original - simply a different vacation. House overlooking Weimar, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. In our small lovingly designed brick house, right by the vineyard, in our large park-like private property you can relax. The day can start with a breakfast and a good cup of coffee, for example at sunrise on the terrace with magnificent distant views. The bedroom with large double bed is located upstairs in the gallery. Our farm dog Cleo is well-behaved and joyfully welcomes all guests.

With this unique home, all the important points of contact are close by. This makes planning your stay very straightforward. The apartment is centrally located in the Dichterviertel, surrounded by beautiful parks, the Flutgraben, many bridges and close to the beautiful Steigerwald. If you want to explore the Old Town, with its many sights, it's only about a 10-minute walk. But you can also take the tram. The stop is practically on your doorstep.

Luxury apartment with views over Erfurt in the city center

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

The estate apartment is located in the rural village of Zeigerheim near Rudolstadt. A spacious living room and bedroom invite you to a cozy glass of wine and pleasant hours. The garden and terrace complete the countryside vacation. You can't enjoy country life more beautifully.
