The house of Charlotte is a cottage that was completely refurbished at the end of 2019 respecting the percheron building with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tomettes and lime coatings. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding,sauna, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

Our house is situated between the town hall and the church of Rémalard, in the heart of Perche. All shops in the village are within walking distance. Built in 1850, it was renovated in 2022. It now has all the modern comforts by maintaining its character of anant. The garden is to the south, bathed in light and quiet on the park side. The 3 double bedrooms are on the floor. The 2 bathrooms are distributed between the ground floor and 1st. Parking is free on the street.

Perfectly located on one level accommodation 150 meters from the shops. Parking is available on the street or Parking 50 meters away. Médiathèque, leisure area at the edge of the Huisne and greenway not far away. Garden not adjoining behind the house with 1 small garden table and 2 chairs as well as deckchairs available. The 36 m2 house has just been renovated, not the outside. Bed 140 x 190. Small sofa bed with mattress of 100 x 180 in the living room.

The farm is located in a very nice part of the Perche and the cottage combines authenticity and comfort. The living room is an old bakery while the bedrooms are the old attic. We chose to put a dry toilet upstairs (on the ground floor there is a regular toilet). We have a bedroom, bathroom and living room designed for guests with reduced mobility. We like to welcome and take the time to exchange.
