Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Our alpine house is located at approx. 800 meters and is located, all alone, surrounded by meadows and forests. You feel the tranquility and the power of nature. The cosy accommodation is an ideal location for hiking and skiing, for relaxing or for working from home when the summer gets too hot in the city! Shops, an inn, a bus stop, a train station and the Stuhleck ski resort are only a few hundred metres away. Right by the Semmering Railway World Heritage Site, 100 km from both Vienna and Graz. Many excursion destinations can be reached in an hour by car: Lake Neusiedl, Mariazell, Hohe Wand, Rax and Schneeberg for hiking, and much more.

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

Forget your worries and feel welcome in this cozy accommodation, located in a private garden. The studio has its own entrance accessible via the terrace, which is shared only with the hosts.
