Steps from the waterfront, you can go for a swim or enjoy the floating sauna nearby, like a true local. Our flat has a spacious living room, cozy bedroom, and sunlit dining area with a balcony.

Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities. You can enjoy sunny evenings on a balcony with a cold drink. The building is from 2021 and the neighborhood is new too. Train station Dybbølsbro is on a walk distance. Water-bus goes to our location too.
