The more than 100-year-old half-timbered house was lovingly renovated in 2017 and is now looking forward to welcoming its guests. It can accommodate two people. In front of the house, there is a terrace and garden. Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and radio provide entertainment. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, sink and toilet. In addition to a kettle, coffee maker & fridge, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Located not far from the city of Bamberg, on the edge of Franconian Switzerland.

Diese romantische Unterkunft verfügt über eine ganz eigene Geschichte. Im 500 Jahre alten Schloss der Herren von Redwitz findet man viele historische Elemente, wie z. B. das Kreuzgewölbe im Apartment oder das teilweise original erhaltene Parkett. Das Schloss erzählt den Bauernkrieg und steht bis heute fest am höchsten Punkt Redwitz Städte wie Bamberg, Bayreuth, Coburg, Kulmbach, Kronach & Bad Staffelstein erreicht ihr innerhalb einer halben Stunde!

It is more than 100 years old and has been restored with a lot of love to the smallest detail according to historical models. A romantic place to find peace, security and relaxation. It is located in the middle of a large, fairytale garden that invites you to linger.

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.
