Within the cottage you'll find a brand new queen size bed, built-in cabinets, desk, fully equipped kitchen with brand new stove and cookware, tv with cable, wifi, bathroom with a beautiful and rare newly resealed vintage clawfoot tub with shower set up as option (tub has a higher rim & requires a big step like a jacuzzi tub), a yard where you can enjoy the evening sunsets. You will be provided with fresh towels & bed linens, a guide of the area and bungalow. Please be advised this is a historic bungalow under conservation. We do not offer air condition or central heat (plenty of fans and electric heaters are provided and the ocean breeze keeps the bungalow cool just like it did in 1917). Enjoy LA in a beach oasis- it makes coming to LA quite a different experience. This sleepy beach community has everything you could hope for. The property is just steps to the ocean and pier with a large array of restaurants, cozy coffee shops, bars. You can enjoy surfing, swimming, volleyball, walking, running, skating, biking, hiking - or enjoy driving up to Hollywood, Malibu, Disneyland and Universal Studios. Or plan a daytrip to Santa Barbara or San Diego. The street and area offers plenty of street parking. Please observe street signs for street cleaning days and times in order to avoid a ticket. Street sweeping Thursday from 8am-12pm on one side of the street and Friday from 8am-12pm on the other. Please look for signs when parking your vehicle to avoid getting a ticket. If you do not have your own vehicle we recommend using uber or lift. Many of our guests in the past have recommended this form of transportation.

WELL behaved dogs are welcome for a fee of $50( extra per stay ) We are WEST of PCH, Close to everything you need in walking distance or quick uber or car ride !!... located on the avenues in South Redondo just blocks from the Riviera village a prime location where you can shop,dine or go to the beach. Pete's,Starbucks and Coffee Bean are just a few of the coffee houses, there is everything from sushi to Italian to dine on and all just down the street from the house. This is your little home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped, with full size stove, dishwasher, and fridge. Full size tub and shower as well as side by side washer and dryer. Small, grassy area plus cozy outdoor dining space with seating. Many (easily 10-12) nice restaurants within half a mile. Beach and sunset watching a close 3 blocks away. The Redondo Beach Pier is approx 4 blocks away. It's on PCH so you will have easy access to public transportation if needed.

Keeping It Beachy

Desirable location, safe friendly neighborhood, 10/15 min drive to manhattan - hermosa, 7 min drive to Riviera Village. My place is good for local staycations, bike rides on the strand, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. 8 miles LAX, house hunting. Property is set up for 2 guests. No outside visitors allowed. Only approved guest can stay or come into the house. The max guest limit is 3. The 3rd guest needs to be approved before they stay.

Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)
