A stone's throw from downtown Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river you are in the countryside and the city! On the garden floor of our house, our entrances are close: you are quiet, but we are there if needed. The tinyhouse is located at the edge of a field of one hectare, in the middle of the vineyard and agricultural field cultivate in organic with the backdrop of the Diois mountains. It is a secluded and natural farmhouse cottage. The river is a 5-10 minute walk, through small wild trails, crossing the natura 2000 area. The lucky ones will be able to observe beavers, martin sinners, shepherds of the creeks This cottage is intended for nature lovers, looking for a quiet and wild corner.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
