Bright and private double room on ground floor, with Netflix. Safe driveway parking. The room has a separate entrance and a private ensuite bathroom, fridge, electric cooking hob and microwave. University, RBH and Reading town within a walking distance, TVP a short drive. There is no outside space, but a nice neighbourhood with shops, botanical gardens, and museums is within a short walk. If you need both beds, please note there'll be very little floor space left. Our quiet hours are 11pm-6am.

Escape to our peaceful countryside home near Henley-on-Thames. This 6-bedroom house comfortably sleeps 14 and offers a quiet retreat for family and friends. Enjoy the AGA, fireplace, large garden and cosy communal areas. With wonderful walks, bike rides, the Thames and golf just around the corner you’ll have plenty to entertain everyone. Our favourite part is the breathtaking sunset views which we think are best enjoyed with a drink on the porch. We hope you love our home as much as we do!
