The Villa and the out buildings of "Mereta Castle” date back to 1400. They are surrounded by beautiful greenery, within a hectare of private olive grove, and are located on a beautiful hill overlooking a natural amphitheatre with views down to the sea. It is a place for exclusive holidays where the idyllic feel of the countryside, and the charm “Dolce Vita” are combined with the elegance of the "Master House" and the majesty of the adjacent "Tower". 10 sleeps are available in 5 bedrooms.

After driving a mountain road, you will find yourself immersed in nature. Please note: there are two points where the road narrows due to ongoing construction work in the final km. The house features three bedrooms, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is located on the ground floor next to the game room, which is equipped with billiards, darts ecc. In the private garden, you will find a hot tub (available as an extra service upon reservation), a BBQ.

The house is on two floors with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a kitchenette. It can be accessed from 2 entrances with 3 parking spaces. WIFI coverage. Air conditioning on both floors. The sea is within a 5-minute walk. The accommodation tax is €2.50 per person over the age of 15.

The Residence on the Trebbia

A home surrounded by greenery with a relaxing atmosphere within walking distance of Trebbia. My family and I will be happy to host you alone, with friends or with your whole family. Our Border Collie Leo is very good with people and children but does not like the presence of other animals, especially male dogs and cats. For this reason, we can only reluctantly accommodate female dogs. A 50-meter private road leading to the banks of the Trebbia is also available for guests.

Venite a La Casa dei Sassi e lasciatevi incantare. Circondata da frutteti e vigneti, vi accoglierà con un’atmosfera calda e familiare. Gli ampi spazi interni, curati nei dettagli e completi di ogni comfort, vi faranno sentire “a casa lontano da casa”. Nei grandi spazi esterni potrete rilassarvi leggendo sull’amaca, organizzare un BBQ o rinfrescarvi nella splendida piscina (aperta dal 30/04 a 30/09). Vi attendiamo per un’esperienza di completo relax immersi nella natura.

We also offer traditional aperitifs and dinners, prepared and served by us. A swimming pool, five-a-side football pitch, and trampoline make this place a true paradise, perfect for relaxation and fun. We are also happy to help you organize local food and wine experiences in the surrounding area.

Here, the only sounds are the wind through the trees and birdsong. The perfect place to slow down, reconnect with silence, or work remotely immersed in nature.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
