Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. The terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. Parking in the public parking garage (200 m) is free. Bicycles are safe on the premises. Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.

Poolside and beach

Quiet apartment in a small complex with a heated swimming pool (26 °C) and sauna, surrounded by the most beautiful nature not far from the beach. Bed linen can be booked for a fee, the pool is equipped with a counter-current system and can be used free of charge from 8 am to 10 pm. The sauna is available for a fee. Two barbecue areas and covered seats on the playground and sunbathing lawn are available to guests.
