Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The wagon is ideal for people who - simply want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the city for a few days; - are passing through - want to try out the feeling of living in a tiny house / wagon - are looking for simple accommodation near Lübeck / Baltic Sea The wagon is technically equipped to meet all everyday needs. Only there is no shower! The wash bowl will have to do. That's part of life in a wagon. Besides, too much showering is unhealthy anyway ;-)

There is also a small kitchen, with ceramic stovetop, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hair dryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, chests of drawers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large double bed is also included. Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

On the upper floor, the fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave, induction) as well as the bedroom with flat-screen TV and workstation. The rooms on the first floor as well as the bedroom on the second floor can be darkened via electric roller shutters. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are possible by arrangement.
