Converted outbuilding with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Access to patio. It is located on the hillside down towards Lake Siljan with beautiful views. 5 minutes walk to the city center and swimming. Proximity to the bus that goes to Dalhalla. The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are quite steep and are not suitable for children and people with bad knees. In other words, not a handicap accessible home. It is not possible to add hot water as an amenity but it is both in the bathroom and kitchen. Non smoking.

Five minutes walk to Lerdalshöjden where you can book a bus to Dalhalla via Dalhalla. Cleaning is done by the tenant. Bed linens can be obtained for an additional fee paid on spot. Relax with the family in this peaceful space. The yard have horses, dogs and cats. In winter, there are good opportunities for both cross-country skiing and downhill skiing. In summer there is everything Rättvik has to offer such as Dalhalla, nature, golf course in the village, etc. Swimming area within a few minutes walking distance. Cycling distance to Dalhalla. Some bicycles are available to borrow, but please let us know when booking. A ride to and from Dalhalla can possibly be arranged.

The accommodation is located with a fantastic proximity and view of Siljan and right next door is a fantastic swimming area, Persborgsbrygga. Here you also live with a proximity to Rättvik city center, about 2.5 km away. Between the house and Siljan, there is a busy train track, trains pass daily and you notice it for a few seconds. The bedrooms are located in the other direction, nothing noticeable when you stay in the bedrooms.

Welcome to experience the genuine Dala atmosphere on this lovely farm surrounded by nature. The house has two floors with three airy bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs, a total of seven beds. There is a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a newly renovated shower room and a living room with unbeatable views. The plot is large with its own small beach where access to jetty and boat is available. In winter, there are ski trails on the lake and the possibility of ice skating.
