The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Traber Apartments: 2 BDRM balcony 2 bathr. central

The 3-room apartment was recently renovated to a high standard and features an american kitchen with an adjoining living/dining area (35sqm), 2 bathrooms, 2 BDR with a kingsize bed (180x200cm) & a bunk bed (90x200cm each), an east-facing balcony, fast WiFi, 2 sofa beds (140x200cm each), as well as blackout curtains and mirrored windows. It’s also centrally located in the popular Südvorstadt neighborhood, with the “KarLi” right around the corner. Yet it’s quiet. Free street parking is available.

The accommodation is located in the historic city center. In 5 minutes, you can reach the tram stop and shops for daily needs as well as pizza delivery services. You will find free parking not far from the property (about 1 minute) It's less than 5 minutes to the highway. So it's ideal for a short break before continuing your journey. Often the house is not bookable, although it is actually available. So feel free to ask if it has to be spontaneous or if you would like to stay longer.

The 120 m² vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 separate floors, each with a bedroom and living area and a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find bedroom 1 with bathroom 1 and the sauna, which is exclusively for your use. On the 2nd floor you will find bedroom 2 and bathroom 2 (see photo tour). On the ground floor, a farmer's kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely, a terrace invites you to relax.
