It features a fully equipped, modern kitchen and a large dining-living room complete with an LG smart TV. The bedroom is roomy, accommodating a king-sized bed as well as an additional TV. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There’s also a small outdoor area. All amenities are extremely close, including the beach and nearby bars and restaurants.

Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat may not be suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor. No TV, but a projector is supplied. New! Insanely comfy dog bed.
